Free Wales
Free Wales (Free Willy) is a gathering of practitioners from across the UK, a gathering that takes place in Cardiff, and then ends back to our gym in Torfaen. These sessions have seen over 70 people migrate to our gym for a night of madness, after a day of fun! Heres some videos of what to expect!
